Our Premier Collection is a selection of luxury hotels, resorts and vacation rentals—each hand-picked for premium quality. Think charming villas, private island retreats, or a penthouse in the city. The Premier Collection is available to customers with a U.S.-issued, eligible Capital One Venture X and/or a Venture X Business credit card. As a cardholder, you’ll receive a suite of exclusive benefits with every Premier Collection booking.

As a Venture X and/or Venture X Business cardholder, you have the flexibility to pay with your Capital One rewards, and/or eligible Capital One credit card when you book a Premier Collection hotel, resort or vacation rental through Capital One Travel. Plus, you can enjoy these cardholder benefits when booking:

• Earn 10X miles on hotels and 5X miles on vacation rentals booked through Capital One Travel
• Enjoy an experience credit worth up to $100 USD (or the local equivalent)
• Enjoy daily breakfast for two (hotels only)
• Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi

Receive additional premium benefits when available upon arrival, like early check-in, late checkout, a room upgrade (hotels only) and more.

If you’re a Venture X and/or Venture X Business cardholder, you can enjoy an experience credit for each room or vacation rental property in your Premier Collection booking to enjoy during your stay.

Hotels: An experience credit can be redeemed on dining or spa purchases, but keep in mind, credit-eligible purchases are determined and vary by each property and are subject to availability. We recommend booking certain experiences (spa, dining) in advance. The hotel will provide more specific details about the experience credit at check-in.

Make sure to charge eligible purchases to your room so the hotel can apply the experience credit at checkout. Credits cannot be applied to the room rate. When you check out, a front desk customer service representative will ensure the experience credit has been applied to eligible purchases made during your stay. Additional restrictions may apply.

Vacation rentals: The vacation rental experience credit can be used toward a variety of experiences—like stocked fridges and mid-stay cleanings—that are purchased through your host after booking.

Qualifying experiences vary by location, so you should contact the host directly to confirm the available options. We recommend making reservations in advance for limited experiences like in-home private chefs. Your host will automatically apply the credit to your bill when you make the purchase or, for certain properties, the experience credit may be provided in the form of a gift card. If you’re an eligible Venture X and/or Venture X Business cardholder, you already have access to our travel booking experience, as this is a standard feature on your card. You can book a Premier Collection luxury stay through Capital One Travel. Simply sign in and choose the Premium Stays tab or look for the Premier Collection label when you search from the main Hotels tab.

Keep in mind, you’ll need to have an online account to make new reservations through Capital One Travel. Once you have an online account, you can book a Premier Collection stay online or by contacting Capital One Travel by phone. Bookings made over the phone may incur a booking fee.

If you don’t have an online account, follow these steps to get set up:

• Go to Capital One’s online enrollment page
• Enter your information in the fields provided
• Select a username and password for your account
• Now you’re all set to book a Premier Collection stay!

If you already have an online account, your username and password will work with the Capital One Travel booking experience, so you’re good to go!
